Florida Huddle is a one-on-one appointment tradeshow showcasing all the Sunshine State offer international and domestic tour operators, wholesalers and media.Hosted buyers include international and domestic tour operators, wholesalers, OTAs and airline delegates. Registration is free and includes a full book of appointments that you select, deluxe accommodations in Ocala, FL and all networking events.

Once approved, you will receive your login to the Huddle dashboard, where you can review the profiles of all attending Florida suppliers and much more!

Please note that if you wish for more than two delegates to attend on behalf of your company, this will need to be approved on a case-by-case basis and additional fees might apply.

The World Equestrian Center in Ocala, FL is about a 90 minute bus ride from the Orlando International Airport. VISIT FLORIDA will provide complimentary motor coach transportation to the WEC on Sunday, February 2, Monday, February 3 and back to MCO on Thursday, February 6.

We are excited to invite all participants (Tour Operators, Wholesalers, OTAs) to consider the opportunity to register as either or both buyers and suppliers for our Florida Huddle. As many of you fulfill a dual role in the industry, you are invaluable participants in our marketplace. To protect the integrity of the registration categories, to ensure the efficiency of the appointments, and to allow all participants to get the full value of attending Florida Huddle, consider the possibility of registering one participant as buyer and another as supplier.

Additionally, we will request feedback from all participants during and after the show, to help guide the proper registration in future editions of Florida Huddle.

The Appointment Requesting Period will open in early January, 2025. During this time, you can request one-on-one appointments. You will not be able to see the requests made by others. Afterwards, all requests will be matched by our AI system! Mutual requests first, then requests made by you and finally requests made by the Florida Suppliers. Each appointment is 12 minutes long, with three minutes for "travel time.

Once you receive your schedule, you are able to add, reschedule or cancel any of your appointments via your Huddle Dashboard.
