Florida Huddle is a one-on-one appointment tradeshow showcasing all the Sunshine State offer international and domestic tour operators, wholesalers and media.Hosted buyers include international and domestic tour operators, wholesalers, OTAs and airline delegates. Registration is free and includes travel, a full book of appointments that you select, deluxe accommodations at the Hilton Orlando, optional FAM trips and activities and all networking events..

Once approved, you will receive your login to the Huddle dashboard, where you can review the profiles of all attending Florida suppliers and much more!

Please note that if you wish for more than two delegates to attend on behalf of your company, this will need to be approved on a case-by-case basis and additional fees might apply.

We are excited to invite all participants to consider the opportunity to register as either or both buyers and suppliers for Florida Huddle. As many of you fulfill a dual role in the industry, you are invaluable participants in Florida Huddle. To protect the integrity of the registration categories, to ensure the efficiency of the appointments,and to allow all participants to get the full value, we are introducing a separate registration category for Domestic OTAs:

We’re excited to offer a new opportunity for OTAs to exhibit at this year’s show in The HUB. This centrally located 10' x 10' ​non-appointment taking booth space is situated in a high-traffic area of the trade show floor, adjacent to the breakfast and continuous break area, ensuring excellent visibility and foot traffic throughout the event.

Once an OTA registration​ for The HUB is confirmed by emailing Huddle@VISITFLORIDA.org, you may also register ​up to two appointment-taking buyer​s to participate in the show. The cost for a HUB booth is $1,950, which includes two non-appointment-taking badges​, specifically designed for media sales, etc.

Hotel accommodations are not included for ​either Buyer or HUB OTA attendees.​ However, approved Buyer attendees will receive a free full registration as well as an appointment book.

The Appointment Requesting Period will open in early January, 2026. During this time, you can request one-on-one appointments. You will not be able to see the requests made by others. Afterwards, all requests will be matched by our AI system! Mutual requests first, then requests made by you and finally requests made by the Florida Suppliers. Each appointment is 12 minutes long, with three minutes for "travel time.

Once you receive your schedule, you are able to add, reschedule or cancel any of your appointments via your Huddle Dashboard.
